Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Tape Measure Stone Almanac. The substance of them is that the site publishes general information and cannot stand behind decisions made from it.

External Links

Where an outside site is linked, it is because it is relevant. A link is a pointer, not a recommendation of whoever is at the other end of it.

Revisions to These Terms

Terms can change over time. Earlier versions are superseded rather than archived.

Currency of the Content

Reasonable care goes into keeping the content accurate. Standards and costs shift over time, and a reader should confirm anything that materially affects a decision.

General Information Only

The content is general information, not a professional opinion on any individual job. Where what is written here conflicts with what a qualified professional says about the actual job, the professional is right.

Intellectual Property

The writing on this site is not free for reuse. A brief quotation with attribution and a link is fine, wholesale reproduction is not permitted.

Liability

Acting on this material is done at the reader's own risk. To the extent permitted by law, no liability arises from its use.
